Sakejin Ittetsu's specialty, "seiromushi" (bamboo steaming), removes excess fat and concentrates the flavor of the ingredients, making it a healthy dish that women can enjoy as well.Our Kuroge Wagyu beef steamed in a bamboo steamer is the most popular dish among men!
